Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Because each piece is made to order, returns are accepted in specific circumstances. Here's how it works.

Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is received damaged.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product supplied.
  • The product was misrepresented on the website.
  • The wrong product was shipped due to our error.

Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

How to Request

  1. Email official.mamark@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
  2. Attach clear images and video evidence — preferably from unboxing.
  3. Submit within 3 days of receipt; the return window is typically 1 week.
  4. Keep the original packaging intact for the return shipment.

Refund Processing

  • Full refunds are processed within 15 working days after the returned goods are received in new condition with original packaging.
  • Funds are transferred to your original payment account.
  • Non-qualifying items may receive store credit instead.

Restrictions

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • “Final” and “Clearance Sale” items are non-returnable.
  • Custom or commissioned items cannot be returned.
  • This policy may be modified at management's discretion.
  • Due to logistic reasons, the return/replacement policy is applicable for India only.
